Our Recipe for Employee Happiness

I’ve known for a long time now that Exygy is a great place to work. When we were approached a couple months ago by Mika Kim of Place of the Future, we decided to put that to the test.

Every one of our employees took a happiness assessment survey last month, and a couple weeks later, Mika presented us the results.

Exygy outperformed the average company in nine of the ten performance outcomes. As the Happiness Engineer, I was pretty happy to hear that. Especially since I know how employee happiness and engagement are an essential foundation for a great company.

Mika asked me to share some of the things that make Exygy tick, so I joined her for an hour-long webinar last week. In this webinar, I talk about some of the policies and practices we’ve put in place that make Exygy such a great place to work, such as:
